Refund & Cancellation Policy (for events, subscriptions, or ads)

Event Tickets:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before an event are eligible for a full refund.

• No refunds are issued within 14 days of the event.

Magazine Subscriptions:

• Monthly digital subscriptions are non-refundable after payment.

• Annual subscriptions canceled within 7 days may be refunded on a pro-rated basis.

Advertisements:

• Campaign changes or cancellations must be submitted at least 10 business days before the run date.

• Refunds are not issued for ad slots already published or approved.
